Rankine temperature scale

An absolute thermodynamic temperature scale that uses degrees Fahrenheit for its unit increments, with its zero point set at absolute zero. This scale is primarily used in engineering applications, particularly in the United States. Absolute zero on the Rankine scale is 0 degrees Rankine, which corresponds to approximately -459.67 degrees Fahrenheit.
