St. Luke's summer

A period of unseasonably warm, dry, and calm weather that occurs in mid-autumn, typically around the feast day of Saint Luke on October 18th. This phenomenon is a type of Indian summer, characterized by clear skies and mild temperatures after the first frosts of autumn. It is more common in temperate regions of the Northern Hemisphere.
