Indian summer

A period of unseasonably warm, dry, and hazy weather that occurs in mid-to-late autumn, following a period of colder temperatures or a hard frost. This phenomenon is observed in temperate regions of the Northern Hemisphere, particularly in North America. It is characterized by clear skies and mild daytime temperatures, often occurring in October or November.
