Wet air
Term · Meteorology and atmospheric science · MLC-T-MET-010209
Atmospheric air that contains water vapor, distinguishing it from perfectly dry air which is a theoretical construct. The amount of water vapor present determines the humidity of the air, influencing its density, specific heat, and other thermodynamic properties. The maximum amount of water vapor that air can hold increases with temperature.
