3D structure generation
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-000019
A computational process that creates a three-dimensional model of a molecule from its two-dimensional representation or chemical formula. This involves assigning appropriate bond lengths, angles, and dihedral angles to produce a plausible conformation. The generated structures are often used for molecular modeling and drug design studies.
