Acaricide

A chemical substance specifically designed to kill mites and ticks, which belong to the arachnid subclass Acari. These pesticides target the nervous system or other vital physiological processes of the pests. Acaricides are widely used in agriculture to protect crops and livestock, and in public health to control disease vectors.
