Anorchism

A congenital condition characterized by the complete absence of one or both testes in a male individual. This developmental anomaly arises during fetal development, leading to the failure of testicular formation or descent. The condition can result in hormonal imbalances and infertility, requiring medical intervention for diagnosis and management.
