Germinal aplasia

A congenital condition characterized by the absence or severe deficiency of germ cells in the gonads, particularly in the testes. This leads to a lack of sperm production and consequently, infertility in affected males. It is often associated with genetic abnormalities or developmental failures during fetal life.
