Piebaldism

A genetic condition characterized by patches of skin and hair that lack pigment, resulting in a distinctive pattern of white spots. This depigmentation is caused by a congenital absence of melanocytes in the affected areas. It is a stable condition present from birth, differing from vitiligo which develops later in life.
