Azoospermia

A medical condition characterized by the complete absence of spermatozoa in the ejaculate. This condition is a cause of male infertility and can result from either a blockage in the reproductive tract (obstructive azoospermia) or impaired sperm production in the testes (non-obstructive azoospermia). Diagnosis typically involves semen analysis.
