Pseudohermaphrodite

An individual possessing gonads of one sex but external genitalia that are ambiguous or resemble those of the opposite sex. This condition arises from hormonal imbalances or genetic factors affecting sexual differentiation during development. For example, an individual with testes might have feminized external genitalia due to androgen insensitivity.
