Demasculinized
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-002979
Describing an organism, typically a male, that exhibits a reduction or loss of male-specific characteristics, either morphological or behavioral. This condition can result from exposure to endocrine-disrupting chemicals during development, which interfere with normal androgen signaling. Such effects can include reduced testis size, altered reproductive tract development, or feminized external genitalia.
