Ecotoxicologically relevant concentration

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-003559

A concentration of a chemical substance in the environment that is considered to have the potential to cause adverse effects on non-target organisms or ecosystems. This concentration is determined through ecotoxicological studies and risk assessments, taking into account exposure pathways and species sensitivity. It serves as a benchmark for environmental protection regulations.
