Edaphic
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-003569
Relating to or influenced by the soil, especially concerning its physical, chemical, and biological properties that affect living organisms. Edaphic factors include soil pH, nutrient content, moisture levels, and texture, which determine the types of plants and microorganisms that can thrive in a particular environment.
