Ecosystem

A biological community of interacting organisms and their physical environment, functioning as an ecological unit. This includes all living components, such as plants, animals, and microorganisms, along with non-living factors like soil, water, and atmosphere. Energy flows through an ecosystem, typically originating from the sun and cycling through trophic levels.
