Irregular dendrimer
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-006155
A dendrimer made from more than one type of regular dendron, or containing at least one irregular dendron whose repeating units or end groups are not all of one type. The difference can be designed in, as in dendrimers carrying two kinds of end group, and does not have to come from synthetic defects. A regular dendrimer, by contrast, comprises only identical regular dendrons.
