Dendron

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-002996

A wedge-shaped, highly branched oligomer or polymer segment that possesses a single focal point and multiple terminal groups. It represents one of the branched arms that, when connected to a central core, forms a dendrimer. Dendrons can also be synthesized independently and then attached to other molecules.
