Dendritic constitutional repeating unit
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-002991
A specific constitutional repeating unit that contains a branch point and contributes to the highly branched, tree-like structure of a dendron or dendritic polymer. This unit is responsible for the iterative growth and increasing number of terminal groups in each generation. It is a fundamental building block in the synthesis of dendrimers.
