Dendrimer molecule
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-002987
A highly branched, monodisperse macromolecule characterized by a central core from which successive layers of branched units, called generations, emanate in a radially symmetrical fashion. Each generation typically doubles the number of terminal groups. These molecules possess a well-defined, globular structure and precise molecular weight.
