Dendrogram
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-002995
A tree-like diagram that illustrates the hierarchical relationships between a set of objects or clusters. In chemometrics, it is commonly used to visualize the results of hierarchical clustering, where similar items are grouped together. The branches of the dendrogram show the order in which clusters are merged or split, and the height of the merges indicates the dissimilarity between clusters.
