Life-cycle study
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-006560
An investigation that examines the entire sequence of developmental stages and reproductive phases of an organism, often in relation to environmental factors or chemical exposures. This type of study tracks individuals or populations from conception to death, observing changes in morphology, physiology, and behavior. Such studies are frequently conducted in ecotoxicology to assess the impact of pollutants on species.
