Puberty

The developmental stage during which an individual's body undergoes physical changes to become capable of sexual reproduction. This process involves the maturation of reproductive organs and the development of secondary sexual characteristics, driven by hormonal changes. Puberty typically occurs between the ages of 8 and 14 in females and 9 and 15 in males.
