Tebibyte

A unit of digital information storage equal to 2 to the power of 40 bytes, or 1,024 gibibytes. The tebibyte (TiB) is a standard unit defined by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) and uses a binary prefix to unambiguously denote a quantity based on powers of two. It is approximately 10% larger than a terabyte (TB), which is defined as exactly one trillion (10 to the power of 12) bytes.
