Kibibyte

A unit of digital information equal to 2^10 bytes, or 1,024 bytes. This binary prefix was introduced by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) to distinguish it from the kilobyte, which in the International System of Units (SI) represents 1,000 bytes. The symbol for kibibyte is KiB.
