A reliability metric for automotive components, representing the point at which 10% of a tested population of parts has failed. This value indicates the expected lifespan of a component under specific operating conditions before a certain percentage experiences failure. For example, a B10 life of 100,000 miles means 10% of the components are expected to fail by that mileage.
