Bonderization

A chemical process that applies a phosphate coating to metal surfaces, primarily steel, to improve corrosion resistance and enhance paint adhesion. This treatment creates a crystalline layer that acts as a barrier and provides a good base for subsequent coatings. It is a common pretreatment for automotive bodies and other painted metal products.
