Bonderize

To treat a metal surface, typically steel, with a chemical solution to form a phosphate coating. This process enhances the adhesion of paint or other organic coatings and provides improved corrosion resistance. The resulting phosphate layer creates a micro-crystalline structure that mechanically interlocks with the subsequent coating.
