Broach

To enlarge or shape a hole using a specialized cutting tool called a broach, which has multiple teeth arranged in sequence. This machining process creates precise internal or external profiles, such as splines, keyways, or irregular shapes, in a single pass. Broaching is suitable for high-volume production of parts requiring tight tolerances.
