Term · Industrial and trades · MLC-T-IND-002061
Describing a lens that has two convex surfaces with equal radii of curvature. This lens type causes parallel light rays to converge to a focal point, making it a positive lens. An equiconvex lens is commonly used in imaging systems to form real images or to collimate light from a point source.
