Erector

A structure or vehicle that lifts a rocket or missile from its horizontal transport position to vertical on the launch pad, usually by hydraulic cylinders that rotate a strongback about a hinge at its base. A transporter-erector-launcher (TEL) combines moving, raising and launching in one unit. SpaceX's Falcon 9 uses a transporter-erector that carries the rocket horizontally to the pad and raises it upright.
