Fanny pad

A small unsprung pillion seat, separate from the rider's seat, that gives a motorcycle passenger a pad to sit on over the rear fender. It is common on choppers and other custom bikes with minimal rear bodywork. The pad is a basic cushion, unlike the sprung or contoured dual seat of a touring motorcycle.
