Frue vanner

A type of concentrating machine used in mineral processing to separate fine-grained heavy minerals from lighter gangue. It consists of an inclined, endless belt that moves slowly uphill while being subjected to a shaking motion and a flow of wash water. The heavy minerals settle and are carried up the belt, while lighter materials are washed away.
