Glue strip
Term · Industrial and trades · MLC-T-IND-002595
A narrow band or line of adhesive laid along the edge of a workpiece to bond it to another piece, as in an edge-to-edge panel glue-up. It is spread in a continuous, even line so the glue wets the full length of the joint. Too little leaves starved spots, while too much squeezes out and must be cleaned off before it cures.
