A narrow, triangular strip of land, particularly one that remains after an inaccurate or incomplete survey. This irregular parcel of land may result from errors in original land descriptions or from the convergence of property lines that were not intended to meet. Gores can lead to boundary disputes and require legal resolution to determine ownership and proper integration into adjacent properties.
