Granary

A building or structure designed for the storage of threshed grain, protecting it from moisture, pests, and theft. These structures are built to keep the contents dry and provide ventilation to prevent spoilage. While a grain elevator is a large commercial facility for transfer, a granary is a smaller, on-farm storage structure, often made of wood, metal, or masonry.
