A specialized telephone or communication device equipped with multiple programmable buttons or keys for direct access to specific lines, features, or extensions. These devices are commonly used in business telephone systems, such as private branch exchanges (PBX), to manage multiple calls simultaneously. A typical keyset might have dedicated buttons for hold, transfer, and conference functions.
