Level-triggered
Term · Industrial and trades · MLC-T-IND-003316
Describing an electronic circuit or system that responds to the sustained presence of a particular voltage level, rather than a change or transition in that level. This type of triggering remains active as long as the input signal meets the specified high or low level. Level-triggered flip-flops, for example, can be susceptible to race conditions if the input changes while the clock is active.
