OTP

One-Time Programmable, referring to a type of non-volatile memory that can be programmed only once after manufacturing. Once data is written to an OTP memory, it cannot be erased or modified. This makes it suitable for storing permanent configuration data, boot code, or encryption keys in embedded systems.
