Phosphine

A colorless, highly toxic, and flammable gas with the chemical formula PH3, possessing a characteristic garlic or decaying fish odor. In industrial applications, it is used as a fumigant for stored grains and other agricultural products to control pests. Phosphine is also employed in the semiconductor industry as a dopant for silicon.
