Polyhedron

A three-dimensional solid figure whose surfaces are all flat polygons. These flat surfaces are called faces, the lines where faces meet are edges, and the points where edges meet are vertices. Examples include cubes, pyramids, and prisms, which are fundamental shapes in optical component design and crystallography.
