Rendezvous

The process of bringing two or more spacecraft or aircraft together in close proximity, typically for docking, refueling, or transfer of personnel or cargo. This maneuver requires precise orbital mechanics or flight path control. A common example is the rendezvous of a spacecraft with the International Space Station.
