Semi-trailing

Describing a type of independent suspension system for vehicles where the pivot axis of the control arm is angled relative to the vehicle's longitudinal axis. This configuration allows for a combination of trailing arm and swing axle characteristics. It provides a compromise between ride comfort and handling stability, often found in rear suspensions.
