Tailor's ham

A firm, tightly stuffed, ham-shaped pressing tool used in garment construction to press curved seams and darts. Its contoured shape allows fabric to be molded and pressed over its surface, preventing creases and maintaining the garment's intended three-dimensional form. It is typically filled with sawdust for heat retention.
