Thermal horsepower

A unit of power used to quantify the rate at which heat energy is produced or transferred, often in the context of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems or industrial processes. It represents the equivalent mechanical power if all the heat energy were converted into work. One thermal horsepower is approximately equal to 2544.43 British Thermal Units per hour (BTU/hr).
