Weak Signal Propagation Reporter: A digital communication protocol designed for very low-power radio transmissions to test propagation paths. It uses a slow, frequency-shift keying modulation to achieve high sensitivity, allowing signals to be detected far below the human hearing threshold. Radio amateurs and researchers use WSPR to study ionospheric conditions and antenna performance.
