Noncontributing, noncontributory

Describing an insurance plan or employee benefit where the employer pays the entire cost of the premiums, and employees are not required to contribute financially. This arrangement simplifies administration and often encourages higher participation rates among eligible employees. It is common in group life and disability insurance.
