Vermin

Small animals or insects that are destructive, annoying, or disease-carrying, such as rats, mice, termites, or cockroaches. Insurance policies frequently exclude damage caused by vermin from coverage, considering it a maintenance issue rather than a sudden and accidental peril. This exclusion appears in many property insurance forms, including homeowners and commercial property policies.
