Term · Insurance and risk management · MLC-T-INS-003509
Insurance that covers losses to property, cargo, or vessels resulting from acts of war, such as invasion, insurrection, rebellion, or seizure by a hostile power. Standard marine and property policies explicitly exclude these perils through a Free of Capture & Seizure (FC&S) clause.
