Blanket security lien

A security interest granted by a debtor to a creditor that covers all of the debtor's present and future assets, rather than specific pieces of collateral. This type of lien provides broad protection for the creditor, as it attaches to all property the debtor owns or acquires. It is commonly used in commercial lending agreements.
