Corroborating evidence

Evidence that supports or confirms other evidence already presented in a legal proceeding. It does not necessarily prove a fact on its own but adds weight and credibility to existing testimony or exhibits. For example, a witness's statement might be corroborated by a document or another witness's account, strengthening the overall case.
